Born in 1978, she grew up in south of France (Pavie, Gers) where she did discover the piano at the age of nine. She entered at the conservatory, where she did study the piano – and from the age of 16 – the bassoon. She was part of several orchestras from the age of 17, among those the Chamber Orchestra from Toulouse. She won first Price of Music chamber, Music theory solfege and bassoon at the Conservatory of Lille, before she entered the Conservatory Supérieur National de Paris in 2000. She won the first price in 2003. During her studies she did get Indian music inititiation with Patrick Moutal and Jazz music with Glenn Ferris. She began her first projects as an improvisator: The Funk band »Ceux qui marchent debout«, concerts with Gabriel Mirabassi and Ricardo Zegna.
Arriving in Munich, she began a perfectionnement in classical music and stopped it, listening to her heart to open a new door on her life: Improvisation, composition,
formation as a singer. She joined the bands »Johann von Brossa« with Wanja Slavin
and »Metisse Absynthe« with Paolo Cardoso. She decided to share her life between the two capitals Berlin and Paris and participate to the bands:
»Andromeda Mega Express«, »Das Rote Gras«, as well as the electronic project
»Nimpkeity« – for the latter she wrote for string quartet and voice.
She decided to create her own project: »Sir chac bulay quintet« and began to play
in a flamengo band called »flam and co« as a bassoonplayer and singer.
Due to a lot of projects, she got the chance to play with Massimo Nunzi and the writer Yann Apperri, Claude Barthélémy, Fabrizio Sferra, Marco Moro, Roberto Rossi, Bebo Ferra, Luca Bulgarelli, Marco Tamburini, Pietro Tonolo and Giovanni Frassetto. She participated several music seminaries and took lessons with David Friedman, Paolo Fresu, Maria pia de Vito, Dave Liebman and Sheila Jordan.
In 2010, she decided to move back to Paris and found »Bombay Offshore« (Ethnical Rap) with Joce Mienniel (National Jazz Orchestra),»Kenitra crew« (Pop, Trip-Hop, Rap), »Zingabé« (Afro-beat) as the singer leader, additionally she joined the band of Edouard Ferlet (Music Victory 2011) »Filigranes« and participated several musical projects in France and Europe.
Daniel Casimir – trombone
born in Celle in Germany in 1967, composer, arranger and trombone player, Daniel Casimir has been professionally engaged in music since the age of seventeen. After studying composition improvisation and trombone at the New School in New York and after a lengthy stay in Rio de Janeiro, he came to Paris in ’92 where he now lives. Widely known for his activities as a trombone player in jazz and improvised music, he composes regularly for soloists, ensembles and festivals of either jazz, classical or contemporary music. He was artistic advisor for the DRAC (cultural department) Ile de France, working with the comission for musical creation and inventivity. He is also a member of the musicial collective »Yolk«.

Pablo Held – piano
Pablo Held (* 27.12.1986) wuchs in einer Musikerfamilie in Hagen auf. Schon früh kam er durch seine Eltern in Berührung mit Musik verschiedener Herkunft. Als vierjähriger bekam er ersten Schlagzeugunterricht, mit zehn Jahren wechselte er zum Klavier und mit 18 begann er sein Jazzklavierstudium in Köln bei John Taylor und Hubert Nuss.
Pablo machte vor allem mit der Musik seines Trios auf sich aufmerksam, ist aber auch als Sideman in verschiedenen Projekten in der europäischen Jazzszene aktiv. Es ergaben sich bereits Zusammenarbeiten mit Dave Liebman, Jasper Blom, Till Brönner, Jochen Rückert, Uli Beckerhoff, Ignaz Dinné, Eric Vloeimans, Nicolas Thys, Matthias Nadolny, Claudio Puntin, Claus Stötter, Manfred Schoof, Julian Argüelles, WDR BigBand, Paul Heller, Henning Sieverts, Dre Pallemaerts und Nils Wogram.
Konzertreisen führten Pablo nach USA, England, Schweden, Finnland, Polen,
Griechenland, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Russland, Tschechische Republik, Norwegen, Slowakei, Holland, Schweiz, Irland, Österreich, Luxemburg und Serbien.
Pablo Held hat bis jetzt 3 CDs auf dem Münchner Label Pirouet Records veröffentlicht und sein Trio mit Bassist Robert Landfermann und Schlagzeuger
Jonas Burgwinkel gastierte auf internationalen Festivals wie dem London Jazzfestival, Berlin Jazzfest sowie dem North Sea Jazzfestival.
Pablo wurde 2009 mit dem Westfalen-Jazzpreis und 2011 mit dem WDR Jazzpreis
in der Kategorie »Improvisation« geehrt.

Gunnar Plumer – contrabass
was born 1982 in Oberwinter near Bonn. From 2002 till 2009 he studied Jazz-doublebass in Cologne with Dieter Manderscheid and he made the special exam »Konzertexamen« and played along with a great number of international Jazzmusicians like Joachim Kühn, Simon Nabatov, Urs Leimgruber, Frank Gratkowski, Charlie Mariano, Markus Stockhausen, John Taylor, Ramesh Shotham, Lars Moeller, John Schröder, Ian Thomas, Ben Perowski, Danny Gottlieb, NDR BigBand, Rhani Krija …
